Most people aren’t bad at selling.
They’re just talking to the wrong people.
The internet makes this worse.
It rewards noise, volume, and consistency — not intent.
So people end up doing what looks productive:
Posting more
Learning persuasion
Tweaking hooks
Testing offers
And still feeling like sales are random.
Here’s the part that rarely gets said:
Selling feels hard when you’re talking to people who were never going to buy in the first place.
There is a much smaller group of people online who:
Already know they have a problem
Are actively looking for a solution
Are comparing options right now
This group doesn’t need convincing.
They need clarity.
Most content completely ignores them because:
They’re quieter
They don’t comment as much
They don’t engage emotionally
But they convert.
The shift that changes everything is this:
Stop trying to activate the 97%.
Start learning how to identify and speak to the 3%.
When your content is built for buyers:
You don’t need to post as much
You don’t need aggressive CTAs
You don’t need long sales pages
Sales start to feel calmer.
More predictable.
Less exhausting.
That’s the difference between attention and intent.
If you’re early, this mindset saves you years.
If you’re experienced, it removes friction you’ve probably accepted as “normal.”
I’ve been rebuilding everything I do around this idea.
Cleaner content.
Clearer offers.
Fewer moving parts.
And it’s why I’m focusing on systems instead of tactics.
More value to come.

Masterworks investors are typically high net worth, but the point is that you don’t need to be a capital-B BILLIONAIRE to invest in high-caliber art anymore.
