Step 1. Get a domain name. Check out our inventory at URLlandlord.com for premium domains. Alternatively, you can find your own domains online if you don’t want to use ours.
Step 2. Build a website for the domain. Ask AI to do it for you with Claude AI ideally since it’s been the best for me so far.
Step 3. Use afternic or a domain selling platform like it that allows you to collect emails with the “Price request” form. This is easy because their team of brokers contacts the lead to make the sale for you. 90% of sales is with follow up and if a team is doing sales for you on commission, you’re mathematically way more likely to sell than without any follow up on an initial lead.
Step 4. Advertise the domain with pay per click on google to attract people who actually have buyer intent. Ask AI to help you find buyer intent keywords for your domain to do PPC with. Feed it a screenshot of the cost per click and ask it to make cost as low as possible for you to make a sale.
AND/OR do free marketing with as many social media posts and theme accounts aligned with domain categories/niche per month as possible with an auto scheduler.
Step 5. Find what works for you and repeat the process.
I sold a domain to a business funding company that matched their primary name for over $1,500 before and wanted to share what works so far.
You can reply with any questions as well. Happy domaining!
